CAREER
Grace qualified as a Solicitor in 1987, practicing law in the West Midlands and North Worcestershire areas. Since 1992, she has worked exclusively in family law at Practices based in Kidderminster , Bromsgrove and Worcester. She is a keen exponent of publicly funded law and also undertakes private work for those clients unable to qualify for public funding.
POSITION
A Member of the Children Panel since 1994 (a Law Society accreditation), she undertakes all aspects of family work, specialising in children, representing parents, children and other family members in private and public law proceedings, regularly attending Court in person. Grace Frequently deals with issues of Residence and Contact, and advises on Adoption, Special Guardianship, Child Abduction and Surrogacy Arrangements.
Grace also has a wealth of experience in divorce and financial matters, dealing with interim and final financial arrangements upon separation of married and cohabiting couples. She regularly attends Court in person to deal with these matters.
Grace deals with family matters in the areas of both publicly and privately funded work.
LEISURE
Grace enjoys skiing and once impressed herself and others by skiing down a black run, whilst nursing a broken thumb!
